Find Property:
The Lofts on Tenth

The need for a mixed-use development

This project includes 23 two-bedroom apartment units with a rooftop deck meeting space and seven potential commercial spaces, including unique below street level spaces. The project addresses two of Jensen’s administration pillars – economic development and downtown enhancement.

Type of Building

The project is designed as Brownstone-style row houses like those found in Brooklyn, N.Y. and other older big cities.

The Italianate architecture features tall staircases, long windows and sunken first floors. Plans provide the opportunity to add additional townhomes in the future. This project will increase the downtown livability and provide immediate density and energy along with 8,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Unique below street-level commercial and restaurant space keeps with the historic feel of the architecture.

A Community Partnership

This is a public-private project between PT-17 Development and the City of Noblesville. The project is being constructed by Radial.

In the heart of Noblesville, Indiana

The Lofts at Tenth will be half a city block in Downtown Noblesville. It is located along 10th Street between Clinton and Wayne streets.
